The Worker Bank provides workers to families who are in need of respite and / or developmental programming for their child with a physical or developmental disability or an adult with a developmental disability.
To access the Worker Bank, families must be receiving funding from one of the following programs:
The Worker Bank helps to find a match between the family and the worker. The worker is an independent contractor who is employed by and paid by the family.
It is important to note that the Worker Bank is not a placement agency. It is a referral source available for families.
